Do you dream of renting out your holiday home – or even several homes – via BOHO HOUSES? It’s simple! Choose one of our three packages:
BASIC PACKAGE – NO CURE, NO PAY
We take care of the rentals, you stay in control of everything else.
PREMIUM PACKAGE – €35 p/m per property
Everything from BASIC + connection with your own website for extra reach and convenience.
DELUXE PACKAGE – €75 p/m per property
Everything from PREMIUM + we coordinate cleaning, maintenance and guest reception. You just have to enjoy!
What does the 20% commission include?

The 20% commission includes a fee for BOHO HOUSES, covers the commissions paid to all booking platforms, and provides access to the system.
The 20% commission applies to all rental packages and only applies per booking. No booking means no (additional) costs. Rental packages start from as little as €0 per month.

Start-up Fee
The start-up fee covers the onboarding costs — also known as the entry fee — to get your holiday home ready for rental. This includes the following:

High-quality photos are essential for renting out your property successfully. It’s the first impression that determines whether a guest wants to book or not. A professional photo shoot will be arranged by a specialized photographer. The photos will, of course, remain your property.
↬ Text Content
BOHO HOUSES will provide attractive and suitable promotional text for your listing. These will be translated and published in five languages on our website.
↬ Pricing
We will also set appropriate, market-based pricing, which will be regularly monitored and adjusted based on availability.
↬ Booking Platforms
Your holiday home will ultimately be listed on more than 10 different booking platforms.

Of course!
We offer free support when switching from other providers or if your property is already listed on booking platforms like Booking.com or Airbnb. Our technical team can handle the transition easily for you.
How quickly can I get connected?
How quickly can I get connected?
Depending on whether it's a switch from another provider and how easily the photographer can access the property, the setup and listing process usually takes 2 to 3 weeks maximum.
What exactly does the owner portal include?
What exactly does the owner portal include?
The owner portal is a private area on the BOHO HOUSES website for each owner, where everything can be accessed in one place. After logging in, the owner has:
- Access to all bookings
- Access to invoices
- Access to communication with guests
- The ability to reserve the holiday home for personal use
- Access to his personal promotional link for his social media or mailings
How do I need to make payments?
How do I need to make payments?
With Rental Package 1, there are no monthly fees. The start-up fee will be invoiced once.
For the other packages, the monthly fee associated with your package will be settled afterward through the rental income payout of your holiday home. It's all taken care of automatically, so you don't need to worry about it.
If there is a month without rental income, for example because you are using the property yourself or due to maintenance, the monthly fee will still be invoiced.
The 20% commission is simply deducted from the rental payout.

Absolutely! We offer key management in 3 different packages and are active in:

All properties are visited in advance and we discuss the owner’s wishes. We can provide the following services:

Absolutely!
We offer this service in combination with one of our key management packages. Read more on our website page with more information about these packages and services.

Yes, every guest pays a €75 booking fee per reservation at BOHO HOUSES. This fee covers services such as support via phone, email and WhatsApp, listings on various booking platforms, payment processing, and more.
It is automatically included in the booking and has no impact on your earnings.
When will I receive my rental income?

All rental income payments will be processed in the first week of the following month after the client's return.

Absolutely!
We live and work in Spain, so meeting in person here is easy. It’s nice for both sides to know who they’re dealing with.
If you're not currently able to travel to Spain, we can also set up an online meeting via Microsoft Teams.

After one year, you can cancel your contract on a monthly basis, effective from the 1st of the following month, with a minimum notice period of 2 weeks.

Of course!
You always have full control over your own property. Starting from Package 2, access to the owner portal is included, allowing you to track all bookings and even reserve your own holiday.
