The apartment is part of a small, well-kept complex with a beautiful shared garden and a spacious swimming pool – ideal for a refreshing dip at any time of day. From your private terrace, you have a relaxing view over the pool, the perfect spot for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

Inside, the apartment offers a light and modern living room with air conditioning, a comfortable sitting area, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee machine and washing machine. The dining table is great for enjoying long meals together.

There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and plenty of closet space, and a second with two single beds – ideal for children or friends. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet.

Enjoy both peace and convenience: the nearby nature reserve Marjal de Pego-Oliva is a paradise for walking, cycling, or birdwatching. Prefer the beach? In just 10 minutes, you’re on the sand, where you can enjoy long walks or relax at a laid-back beach bar like Oli Ba Ba.

Charming Spanish towns like Pego, El Verger and Ondara are just a short drive away, and the lively coastal town of Dénia, with its historic castle, marina, and countless tapas bars, is only 15 minutes by car.
