Welcome to Casa Belita,
a modern and atmospheric holiday villa located in the heart of Vistabella Golf, an exclusive and peaceful urbanisation on the southern Costa Blanca. This stylish corner house is the perfect base for those seeking peace, comfort, and the sunny outdoor life in Spain.

Upon arrival, you are welcomed by a well-kept entrance that immediately reflects the elegant appearance of the property. Inside, you'll find a bright and spacious living room with a modern open kitchen and a comfortable seating area, where you immediately feel at home. Large sliding doors seamlessly connect the interior to the inviting outdoor terrace, where the real holiday feeling begins.

Private pool (heated upon request)
In the beautifully landscaped garden lies a private pool, inviting you for a refreshing swim at any time of day. If you arrive in winter, we can heat it for you for a small additional fee. Around the pool, there are several seating areas and sunbeds, perfect for relaxing with a good book or enjoying a long evening under the stars. The house has three tastefully decorated bedrooms, including a spacious master bedroom with a king-size double bed and two bedrooms each with two separate single beds that can be converted into a double bed.

Rooftop terrace
An elegant external staircase leads to the rooftop terrace, where you can enjoy a beautiful view over the surroundings. Here, you can sunbathe in complete privacy, do yoga or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening while the sun sets behind the horizon.

Golf
Casa Belita is within walking distance of the lively commercial centre of Vistabella Golf, where you’ll find food, drinks and daily shopping. The well-known golf course is just around the corner, and the beaches of the Costa Blanca and charming towns like Torrevieja and Orihuela are easily reachable by car.
