Option
Absolutely! You can place an option on up to 2 holiday homes at the same time, and the option is valid for a maximum of 3 days. If we do not hear from the customer within those 3 days, the option will be automatically cancelled.
For departures within 8 weeks, placing an option is unfortunately not possible.
Booking process

You can easily book a holiday home with us in several ways: online via our website, online through one of our partners such as booking.com, by phone through our customer service, or by email/contact form.

After booking your holiday home, you will automatically receive a booking confirmation by email. If you haven’t received it, please check your spam folder — it may have ended up there by mistake. Still missing it? Don’t hesitate to contact us and we’ll send the confirmation again.
Payment options

There are several payment methods available. You can pay via:
- iDEAL
- Bancontact
- Apple Pay
- Credit card
- Trustly
- KBC
- Belfius
- Bank transfer (please mention your booking number and surname)
Payment obligation
Payment obligation
By making a reservation, you enter into a payment obligation and are required to pay both the deposit and the remaining balance, that is the full travel sum. If payment is not received, we are forced to cancel the reservation and our cancellation policy will apply. In that case, the booking will be cancelled with applicable cancellation fees.

Within 3 days after booking your holiday home, 30% of the rental amount plus additional costs (with a minimum of €300) must be paid. The full rental amount must be paid no later than 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. For bookings made within 8 weeks before departure, the full travel sum must be paid in one instalment.
The security deposit must be received by us two weeks before the start of your stay.

Your booking confirmation and proof of payment serve as your travel documents. No separate tickets or travel documents will be issued.

Security deposit
The security deposit can range from €300 to €750 per property, depending on the size and level of luxury. You can easily pay the deposit together with the final payment, which is due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. Alternatively, you may choose to pay it no later than 2 weeks before arrival.
The deposit will be refunded no later than 2 weeks after your return, in the same way it was paid — provided there are no outstanding charges.

If you would like to modify a booking, feel free to contact us so we can check whether the change can be made. Changes are free of charge within 3 working days; after that, additional fees may apply.
Cancel booking
Cancel booking
Cancellations or partial cancellations must always be communicated to us both by phone and in writing, including the booking number.
Cancellations always incur costs, unless made within 3 days after booking:
- More than 90 days before arrival: 25%
- Within 60 days: 50%
- Within 30 days: 75%
- Within 15 days: 90%
- Within 1 day or no-show/during the stay: 100%
Service fees are non-refundable, and the deposit will only be refunded if the cancellation is received at least 1 day before arrival.
